I always recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak dates like weekends, school holidays and seasonal events. Some dates book months in advance, but if your event is last minute its always worth getting in touch to check availability.
Set up times vary, it depends on the size and complexity of the display. Smaller installations may take under an hour while larger or more detailed set ups require more time. This will always be planned and confirmed in advance so that everything runs smoothly.
Yes, I regularly work with corporate clients, brands and venues to create polished, on brand displays for launches, promotions, openings and celebrations. I am happy to follow brand guidelines, colour specifications and professional timelines.
Where possible, I will source balloons to closely match your brand colours. While exact Pantone matching isnt guaranteed with balloons, I take great care to achieve a cohesive, premium look that will align with your brand identity.
Yes, I am fully insured and can provide documentation such as public liability insurance and risk assessments for corporate venues, offices and public spaces upon request.
Yes! I create both small and large displays. Not every celebration needs a huge set up. I am just as happy designing something simple, stylish and impactful for smaller spaces.
Most air-filled displays are guaranteed for at lease a week. If aftercare is followed they can last for months. Standard latex helium balloons typically float for 24-48 hours as we use float treatment in all of our latex helium balloons. Without this is would be 6-12 hours float time. Other helium balloons such as bubble balloons and foil balloons can last anything up to 1 week, if aftercare is followed.
Delivery and set up are always included in your price as they are unable to be collected. There are some options which are available for collection. I will always explain what works best for your order and space.
Booking is simple. Once we've discussed your order, a deposit secures your date and the rest is taken closer to the event. I will guide you through each step so it feels easy and stress free.
